    This is a 7 km Walk. Registration at Kilcommon Community Centre from 12.30 p.m.  Walk starts at 1.30 p.m.  The terrain is forest tracks and roads, farmland and minor roads.  Suitable for all levels of fitness. Boots required for this walk. On route there will be a stop and reflection at the Mass Rock with Fr Anthony Keane, OSB, Glenstal Abbey. Refreshments after the walk in the Community Centre
